Nature’s Butter – The Avocado

The avocado is a tree native to Central Mexico, but grown all over the world for its popularity and health benefits. I’ve always heard that the avocado was nature’s butter but it’s also known to aid in reproductive health, especially for woman. There are many other beneficial reasons to indulge in the amazingly delicious and creamy fruit/vegetable. I love this green gem!!!

Carotenoids are lipophilic (soluble in fat, not water), so eating carotenoid-packed foods like fruits and vegetables along with monounsaturated-fat-rich avocados helps your body absorb the carotenoids.
