As an anatomist and energy medicine enthusiast, I understand the human body and am eager to co-create balance, strength and vitality in my clients' bodies. Since I can remember, natural health and healing have always been an integral part of my approach to life. I trust completely in the effectiveness of all the modalities that I offer and I also trust that you can initiate and strengthen your body’s own healing capabilities. Your body wants to heal; homeostasis is its easiest and most natural expression. Assist the body’s flow back to balance and there are miracles in store for everyone.
I also hold an A.S. in Psychology from Three Rivers College Norwich, Connecticut and a B.A. in Journalism and Mass Communications from the University of South Florida, St. Petersburg. My purpose is one of healing: facilitate healing the body through physical manipulation as well as energy balancing. “Both physically and energetically, it’s imperative to an individual’s well-being that they find constant and effective releases to free the body from the devastating effects of emotional pains, stress, injury and repetitive work patterns.”
In striving to offer my clients a better experience and more bodywork therapies, I continually take massage education classes and workshops throughout the year.
