Drinking A Glass of Hot Water Nets Big Health Benefits
This is an excellent article touting the benefits of drinking a glass of or glasses of hot water daily. It's probably best to drink a cup of hot water with a little lemon first thing in the morning to get everything flowing and to support the body's cleansing process from early on in the day. Hmmmm, maybe a cup of good organic coffee first would be okay? I can't help it guys!!!! I'm a java lover. Also, It would be a good idea to add it in at the beginning of every meal.
